1. AZO/MICA SAMPLE

The flexible AZO/Mica sheets are epitaxial, transparent, and conductive. Mica can survive at high temperature (Tm ~ 900ºC) and it is chemically stable as well. The AZO/Mica provides a platform to integrate functional devices for advanced flexible technology.

2. ITO/MICA SAMPLE

The ITO/MICA could serve as a transparent heater with good thermal stability and flexibility. The maximum temperature is 284°C and 92% transparency with 250 nm ITO film. The maximum size is 4 cm by 4 cm for commercial use.

3. VO2/MICA SAMPLE

The unique metal−insulator transition of VO2  is further revealed with a change in electrical resistance over 103 and a more than 50% variation of optical transmittance. Furthermore, due to the nature of muscovite,the VO2/muscovite heterostructure possesses superior flexibility and optical transparence.

4. Fe3O4/MICA SAMPLE

The Fe3O4/muscovite heterostructure possesses the intrinsic properties of Fe3O4 based on the electrical and magnetic performance. Fe3O4/muscovite deliver a new solution for flexible spintronics.
